Shipping & Returns

At Celiri, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently. Please review our policies below regarding the delivery and return of our premium skincare products.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We partner with reputable courier services to ensure delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: We currently facilitate shipping to the USA and UAE. Estimated timelines and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for simple “change of mind” requests.

However, we will happily provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Damaged in Transit: The product arrives with a damaged seal or broken packaging.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. Unboxing Video: You must provide a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process starting from the unopened package. This is required to verify the condition of the product upon arrival.

  2. Notification: You must report the issue to hello@celiri.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  3. Verification: Our team will review the footage and, if approved, initiate the replacement or refund process immediately.

3. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Process: Please email us at hello@celiri.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been marked as “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery,” it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
